Online Tax Pal is a Proprietorship Firm, headed by a Qualified Inter CA with an experience of 13 years in Direct and Indirect taxes.
This policy is applicable to all the products and services offered by OnlieTax Pal.
Information we collect & share
To purchase our services online, the user has to signup and create a login id using email or facebook on our website. Each User thereafter fills up basic contact information like name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code to purchase the service. This basic info will be collected by us on our website for each user who can change/ edit this information anytimeby signing in to respective logins.
However we don't store any banking information like Credit/Debit Cards or Internet Banking or any such financial details. As the payments are processed by our online payment partners that might vary time to time.
We may share information as and when required to comply with the law.
Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
It is expressly agreed to by the Parties hereto that the information, interpretation and performance of this Policy shall survive even after the termination or expiry of the Policy and/or Terms.
In case of any dispute between the parties i.e the user and OnlineTaxPal, both the Parties will attempt to resolve the same amicably amongst themselves, to the mutual satisfaction of both Parties. In the event that the Parties are unable to reach such an amicable solution within thirty days of one Party communicating the existence of a dispute to the other Party, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration, where a sole arbitrator will be appointed and the award passed by such sole arbitrator will be valid and binding on both Parties.
The Parties shall bear their own costs for the proceedings, although the sole arbitrator may, in his/her sole discretion, direct either Party to bear the entire cost of the proceedings.
The Parties expressly agree that the Terms, Policy and any other agreements entered into between the Parties are governed by the laws, rules and regulations of India, and that the Courts at Goa shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions and you agree to use these services only for the purposes intended as permitted by the terms of this User Agreement as per applicable laws.
In order to obtain our services, you may be required to provide contact information about yourself as part of the registration process. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
It is your responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our services. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/s.
An attempt to copy, duplicate or resell our services is strictly prohibited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Tax Pal and its owner, officers, managers, employees and licencors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
You also agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend your access to our website and services with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
CANCELLATION/ RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Online Tax Pal collects 100% payment as an advance for any service that are rendered by Online Tax Pal on its online platform. The services as listed currently on include PAN/TAN Registration, Income Tax Returns, Accounting, Intimations, TDS Returns, GST Registration, GST Returns, GST Consultancy, Mutual Fund, Licences etc. and can be altered/ modified anytime at sole discretion of Online Tax Pal.
The payment is processed by the customer directly at their own end utilizing the Purchase Service Option and thereby creating a unique Client ID on the website & the payment is processed and recorded under My Orders inside the Client ID created by the user at the insistence to subscribe to the services offered by us and hence, such advances are non-refundable.
However, as an Exception for erroneous Payments, The Payment is refundable after deducting the Processing & other Charges on case to case basis as decided by Online Tax Pal, if a written request is received on our contact email within 1 hour of order being placed for any service.
After we process the refund, It may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your account statement or any other mode used during payment. Kindly get in touch with your bank directly, in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by us.
